Introduction
This is a great book to learn more about python. Once you have mastered the basics of python this should be your next stop to learn more. I recommend it highly. Readers unfamiliar with this book can see what others have said here. Its always important to try to keep learning and as such here are a few solutions to exercises I've had time to look at.

Chapter 1 (Regular Expressions):

• exercises.py (implements the requested regular expressions)
  
Chapter 4 (Multithreaded Programming):

• character_count_serial.py (counts the number of time a character occurs in several files)
  
• character_count_parallel.py (same as the above but in parallel)
  
• mtcrawl.py (a simple threaded web page crawler)
  
• prodcons.py (a simple implementation of thread pools)
  
• candy3.py (the candy machine in python 3)
